We do our best to ship all domestic, non-custom orders via USPS or UPS within 2-4 business days* of ordering. Please note this does not include transit time. 

We are unable to offer expedited processing, overnight or expedited shipping at this time.

Carriers are experiencing delays and have suspended all delivery date guarntees for UPS Ground and USPS Priority pacakges. Accurate carrier acceptance date, scanning, and proper tracking also may be affected. Upon purchase customer understands and agrees to these terms, conditions, and all brand policies.  *Create Your Own Gift Sets are custom, hand-poured to order and may have extended lead times up to 5-8 business days and often ship via UPS Ground. If your order includes standard items as well, all items in your order will be subject to extended lead times.  

If you need a gift as soon as possible, we recommend our gift cards which are emailed directly to the recipient upon purchase.

Gift messages can be included with an order once an item is placed in the cart for no additonal cost. The gift message appears on the packing slip which does not including pricing information. While packing slips include the billing address name, we highly encourage our customers to sign their gift messages with their name. 

Gift wrap is available on single candles as well as gift sets. Gift wrap on single candles is a cotton drawstring bag with gold dots for an additional $5. Gift sets are wrapped in wrapping paper with ribbon for an additional $10. 

A portion of proceeds from each candle is donated to charities that provide for and preserve what we love.

The money raised through DanceBlue is donated to the Golden Matrix Fund, established to support the kids of the DanceBlue Kentucky Children’s Hospital Hematology/Oncology Clinic.

You may return your unused products* for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 5 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

In the rare event of damage during shipment, will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 5 days of delivery. Please contact us for more information.
